On month-to-month services, our policy is to not issue refunds except for SLA credits on a canceled service. At our discretion, we may choose to issue a refund if you are not happy with your service, but officially we are under no policy to do so. We do everything we can to keep you happy and make sure you love using our services.
If you are subject to a refund, don't worry if the funds aren't immediately available. Sometimes the payment reversal process can take up to 48 hours to complete.
