Link Aggregation (LAG) Print

By default, Spin Servers will configure Link Aggregation (LAG) when you order a dedicated server from us. With LAG, you are automatically getting a larger tunnel for bandwidth.

For example, all of our servers by default come with redundant 10GbE ports. With LAG configured, you are able to consume upto 20Gbps at no extra charge. You are of course still limited to the monthly transfer – we include 10TB of data transfer each month at no charge.

Other terms for LAG include NIC teaming, port bonding, etc.

Currently, LAG is configured by default. If you wish for any reason, you can de-aggregate the NICs in your server’s Operating System, or you can open a ticket and we will be happy to help you de-aggregate the ports.
